Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member

As a new member of our agency team, you will create and develop customer relationships to promote State Farm products including auto, home, life, and health insurance.  Responsibilities
• Utilize a customer-focused and needs-based review process to educate customers about protecting them from the risks of everyday life
• Work with the agent to meet production and marketing goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market/present appropriate products and services

Requirements
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about helping people build a protection plan
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Ability to make presentations over the phone, virtually and in person
